I just had Jonah from Brett & Sons Plumbing & Air LLC come over to inspect my older gravity boiler furnace in preparation for the winter season. He showed up wearing a mask and made sure to keep it on while in my home, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly. When I asked him about checking the boiler expansion tank and draining it if necessary, he gladly agreed to let me know the extra cost and handle it right then. He went ahead and drained the tank and the entire radiator system. He also suggested installing a new valve on the tank and a temperature/water pressure gauge on the furnace. It's clear why folks enjoy working with smaller, experienced companies like this one, especially with team members like Jonah who truly take pride in their work.

I got in touch with a plumbing company after having a disagreeable encounter with another firm that tried to overcharge me by $2500! I was informed that a plumber would arrive at my residence in Mt Vernon between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Much to my delight, Erick arrived early at 10:10.
